It was also difficult to maintain social events where food was involved. Being the only one on the Keto diet at a party can be a challenge. Overall, the Keto diet was a real eye-opener for me. It showed me the impact that food has on my body and how important it is to make healthy choices. If weight loss is a goal for you, I would definitely recommend giving the Keto diet a try. Just make sure to do your research and consult with a doctor before making any drastic changes to your diet.
